1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2kbd ("we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the 2kbd website and all services, games, and features made available through it. By accessing the 2kbd website, completing registration, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 2kbd platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the 2kbd platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering in your own name and for your own personal use.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own initiative, and you accept sole responsibility for ascertaining whether your use of the 2kbd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account on 2kbd closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person and are not participating as a professional gambler, agent, or in connection with any organised gambling enterprise.

3Account Registration and Security

To use the 2kbd platform, you must register for a personal account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You may hold only one active account on 2kbd at any time. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and any balance may be forfeited. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.
• You must notify 2kbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. 2kbd will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that could reasonably have been prevented by you.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information is grounds for account closure without refund.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be required at any time thereafter. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time after request may result in withdrawal restrictions.

2kbd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time without being required to provide a reason. This may include enhanced due diligence documentation for higher-value accounts or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 2kbd may result in account restrictions or closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2kbd are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 2kbd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 2kbd account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account (mobile number) used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects you as the account holder.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. 2kbd targets same-day processing for requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Any active bonus balance must be fully separated from your withdrawable real-money balance before a withdrawal is processed. Bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from bonus play that do not meet wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• 2kbd reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification before processing large withdrawals. Any withdrawal request that triggers an AML (anti-money laundering) review may be subject to delays pending satisfactory resolution of that review.

Players are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties that may be applicable to winnings or withdrawals under the laws of their jurisdiction. 2kbd does not deduct or withhold taxes on behalf of players and does not provide tax advice.

5Bonuses and Promotions

2kbd offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are always expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount and are stated in BDT on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who satisfy the eligibility criteria in Section 2. A player may only claim each welcome bonus once, from one account. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes abuse.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated on the individual promotion page. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• 2kbd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without notice. If a bonus has already been credited to your account and is subsequently cancelled due to a system error or abuse, 2kbd will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
• 2kbd reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in any specific promotion at its sole discretion. Suspected bonus abuse, including exploiting system errors, artificial wagering patterns, or coordinated play to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6Responsible Gaming

2kbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) — configurable in account settings and effective immediately upon setting.
• Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary self-exclusions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Permanent self-exclusion — a permanent account closure option for players who wish to stop gambling entirely. Once activated, this cannot be reversed.

2kbd will never encourage a player to continue playing to recover losses, will never contact a player to persuade them to reverse a self-exclusion decision, and will never send promotional communications to a player who has activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. 7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2kbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the 2kbd platform, including to place bets, navigate the interface, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or bet, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games, match fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering strategy designed to guarantee profit at the expense of other players or the platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 2kbd platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug or error will be voided. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to [email protected] rather than exploit it.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent account-level restrictions, or otherwise abuse the platform's promotional offers.

2kbd uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Detection methods are not disclosed in order to preserve their effectiveness. 2kbd's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 12.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 2kbd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of 2kbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the 2kbd platform without the prior written consent of 2kbd. Unauthorised use of any 2kbd intellectual property may result in account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2kbd's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following exclusions apply:

• 2kbd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 2kbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 2kbd does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. 2kbd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10Account Suspension and Termination

2kbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, prohibited conduct rules, or KYC and verification obligations.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal activity in connection with the account or any transaction processed through it.
• A player's request for account closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any withdrawable real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

11Amendments to These Terms

2kbd reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 2kbd will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 2kbd platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law as applicable to online gaming and sports betting platforms. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 2kbd platform, you are encouraged to contact 2kbd support at [email protected] in the first instance. 2kbd will endeavour to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. Players acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the 2kbd platform is lawful in their jurisdiction, and that 2kbd makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
